Verdelho
Made from the Verdelho of old vines planted in corrals a few meters from the sea. Interruption of fermentation with the addition of the wine spirit carefully selected. Aging in old oak casks throughout the life of the wine until the time of blending in its most mature state. Result of the combination of liqueur wines from several harvests.
Gold color and greenish tinges. The aroma of ripe citrus, honey, and almonds in an iodized set. In the mouth, textured but soft. Sweetness balanced by surprising acidity, characteristic of the great wines of the Azores. Saline and very persistent finish.
